Sessy Studio

by Chef Esther Choi

15 West 28th Street, Floor 7
New York City

Opening Q1 2027

Condiments are our wedge.
The studio and creator capsules are the business.

Sessy is a creator launchpad for Asian American food.

Esther's pantry line proves the model, the studio is the hub,
and creator capsules are the engine.

$7,500 a month

From December 2026. Sessy shares the space 50/50 and pays half the renovation.

Mokbar, Esther's restaurant group, holds the five-year lease.

Sessy owns the studio kit outright.
